Range is always a difficult thing to quantify.  A search in the English Grammar Profile for ‘range of adjectives’ shows that there is no higher level for attributive adjectives than B1 unless they are degree adjectives that are listed as C2.  B1 point 34 in ADJECTIVES/position is defined as:

 increasing range of adjectives attributively, before a noun.
